Before you send off your online order, the system will calculate the shipping costs and display them. If the system notifies you that it is unable to display the shipping costs, due to a complex destination country/shipping charge configuration, we will be pleased to notify you of the costs on request. Shipping costs for parcels within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are:

Parcels up to 2 kg       CHF 7.00
Parcels up to 5 kg       CHF 8.00

Parcels up to 30 kg     CHF 21.00

plus a packaging charge of CHF 2.50/shipment

Special prices apply for all other countries. These can either be determined in the webshop or, upon request, notified to you after we have received the order.

The effective parcel weight is made up of the weight of the ordered items plus the packaging. The prices for shipment by lorry/rail depend on the transport route and the weight and are calculated by the system. Upon request, we will be pleased to inform you of the prices by phone or e-mail.

As of an order value of CHF 1500 or EUR 1000, delivery is carriage free within Switzerland and Liechtenstein and within Germany and Austria respectively.

We deliver to all official addresses. It is no problem for you to specify a delivery address that is different from your home address. You can also give your office address. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.

We keep around 98% of our items in stock. In the main season (October to December) parcels are normally delivered within 48 hours of being handed in at the Post Office. Please note that deliveries are delayed by weekends and public holidays. 

If one of the items ordered is temporarily not in stock, it may happen that we delay your order for a number of days so as not to have to make partial deliveries. This can lead to a corresponding delay in the dispatch of your order. 

We do not offer delivery tracking for Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
In Germany and Austria, the parcel can be tracked once it has been dispatched.

If you would like your items delivered on a specific date, we can generally arrange delivery for a particular day, without surcharge. A fixed delivery in the morning or in the afternoon is unfortunately only possible at a surcharge of CHF 60.-, a delivery at a certain time for an additional charge of CHF 80.-. If you wish to have a specific delivery date and/or delivery in the morning or afternoon, please specify this in the "Comments" box before you submit your order.

You can generally collect your order in person – at  short notice too – and thus save the postage costs. If you wish to collect your items in person, please specify this in the "Comments" box, stating the desired collection date, before you submit your order.
We will naturally help you to load 25-kg wax bags and/or equipment into your vehicle!
