Can I return items?

If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, or if you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you can send it back to us – providing it has not been used and is still in its original packaging – within a period of 14 days.

 

How do I send my package back?

Please pack the items so that they are well protected for the return shipment and enclose a note with your address and stating the reason for the return.
Items to be returned must be in their original condition. We will be unable to sell used or damaged items. We thus reserve the right to make a claim for compensation in such cases.

 

How is the refund made?

If you have already paid for the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding amount immediately after checking the items returned. Please notify us of the bank account to which we should make the refund. If desired, we can also issue you with a credit note, which you can then deduct from your next purchase.
If you have not paid the invoice for an order then simply deduct the value of the returned items (but not the postage!) from the total amount and transfer the remaining amount to us. 

 

How do I send back items that were wrongly ordered or wrongly sent?

If you have ordered the wrong item, please proceed as follows:

  1. Send us back the wrongly ordered item in its original condition, together with the invoice and enclose a sheet of paper stating which items you need instead.
  2. After checking the items returned, we will immediately send you the required items together with the new invoice. We trust that you will understand that we have to charge the additional postage to you.

If you receive items from us that you have not ordered, we would ask you to proceed as follows:

  1. Notify us by phone or e-mail which articles you ordered and what you have received from us instead.
  2. We will follow up the matter internally and establish where/how the error has occurred.
  3. We will immediately send you the correct items, together with a pre-paid label addressed to us.
  4. Please pack the wrongly delivered items in the cardboard box used to send the replacement items and affix the pre-paid address label to it.
  5. We would then ask customers within Europe (including Switzerland and Liechtenstein) to hand in the ready-to-ship package at their nearest Post Office.
